He loves making a bit of mess with them. In Japanese Tsum Tsum means "stack, stack." He uses them as building blocks, balls, and I think he might be playing make believe with them as well.
Curtis took the opportunity to play with some of Xander's cars. Xander was so focused on his Tsum Tsum collection that he didn't even notice what Curtis was up to.
Star Wars and Marvel are cool, a little literal in this situation.

Along with playing a lot with his Tsum Tsum Xander has started commenting on them a lot, "So cute!"
Xander likes his Star Wars toys but Curtis really enjoys Star Trek, especially the intro music at the beginning of the Next Generation episodes. He smiles really big and gets excited when it starts. If he is in another room he will come running in to hear his music.
Curtis wasn't feeling well so Xander and I headed out to run an errand and go to the park. Xander picked out some new Tsum Tsum. Right now the weather seems to be switching back and forth between really rainy and really hot. Xander played only briefly in the sun and then he went to the shady bench where he told me to sit down.
I took Curtis with me on another errand that night. Since I had bought Xander a new toy I let Curtis pick something out. He chose a stuffed animal from Finding Dory. He then fell asleep with it in his mouth on the way back home. Luckily he is feeling much better now.
