With a team effort of pushing and revving the gas we did get the car out. Pamela and Jane then left to do some errands. Xander was awake but Curtis was sound asleep. Xander had fun hanging out with Daddy, playing, and eating breakfast.
Later when Jane and Pamela returned Curtis was still sleeping so Xander and I headed out to discover a new park. We went to Mabank and found a really pretty group of baseball and soccer fields. We hiked around for awhile until we found a nice little playground.
After so much running and walking around Xander was pretty tired. It was time to head home and get ready for swimming lessons.
I don't have any photos from the swimming lessons in Plano because Jane, Pamela, and I all got into the water with Xander and Curtis. We worked on floating and kicking. Xander told me, "Me happy," which tells me that we need to continue doing swim lessons. Xander also spotted a rubber duck in the pool and informed me that "Duck says quack quack." After the swim lessons we came back to Gun Barrel City to dine out at Cici's Pizza.
After getting home the boys were able to relax and play in their room. We are still working painting it and getting a new bed, which is why it looks different yet again. The boys don't seem to mind. I read three library books and then read scripture stories from the Book of Mormon. Unfortunately they didn't take the hint and go to sleep, I was up with Curtis till three in the morning.
