Arrival in Ohio

The rest of our drive into Ohio went smoothly.  I started rereading The Alchemist while the boys sat back and watched shows.  Pamela and Jane did most of the driving fearing that I was still not 100%.  We picked up some new pajamas at Wal-Mart.  I asked Xander if Santa was on his pjs, he told me, "No, Christmas!"  We arrived Wednesday evening.

Thursday morning Xander, Pamela's cousin Malcolm, and I all headed to Godown Dog Park.  It was a blast, Sophie loved it, and Xander really enjoyed climbing on things and laughing at all the dogs.  Sophie immediately made a frienemy, a cute little dog that Xander just loved.

Xander had a blast and so did Sophie but it was still pretty cold outside.  Curtis got left at home because he was sleeping in.  We walked home and Curtis was awake.  Malcolm kindly let the boys play with some of his old toys after which we decided to play outside again for awhile.

Later that night Pamela's uncle Tim and I went out to Roosters and brought back wings and wedges for the family.
