I have been in love with a State Park that is only 13 miles away from our house. I have been trying to convince the family forever now that it would be good to buy a pass. Jane finally went there with me and the boys. It was the day after Curtis' birthday and we wanted to do something together. Pamela was still at a conference and we had some free time before she was supposed to get home.
We set out on one of the hiking loops. It was supposed to be under a mile and a half according to one thing we read, another thing said 1.7 miles. My GPS stated it was just over 2 miles.
After we returned home the boys played with light-sabers. This kept the cat entertained.
