This was a great day out with the family. I missed out going to the Caldwell Zoo with the boys because I had to work. The Fort Worth Zoo was really cool. The boys were very excited to look at the animals. At this point in 2017 both boys were obsessed with a Disney show called, "Lion Guard," and Xander could not get enough of animals, which made the trip even more fun. Xander would often refer to the animals in the zoo by the names in the show.
Both of the boys have adored penguins their entire lives. Seeing the penguins, regardless of where we are is always a major highlight. (Sorry Dave)

Curtis adored the otters! Watching him smile in wonder at the little swimmers was worth the trip. He could not get enough of watching the otters play and swim around in twirling circles.
